Andrew is a seasoned executive with 30+ years of executive leadership experience.  His career started in agriculture, but his passion truly lies in the cultivation of employees and professionals to find their true talents and grow as human beings.

Andrew was the co-founder and COO/CEO of Innovative Livestock Services, where he built the company and its executive team into a top 15 agricultural firm.  After leaving the company in 2013, he became involved in many startup companies and incubators.  Working with executives and founders to complete their mission of getting their companies through the difficult early stages of development and fund raising.

Andrew is active in many investments and serves on multiple board of directors. He serves as Chairman for the Fresnel Companies, advisory board for Telluride Brewing Company, and advisory position with Howdy Partners, a Colorado based Venture Capital group, to name a few.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Kansas State University and a Master of Agriculture from Texas A&M University.  He is currently furthering his education by studying to be a spiritual counselor with the Foundation of the Sacred Stream.
