When was the last time you gave your leadership vision room to breathe?
Most executives are running too fast to think big. That’s why we’re taking you out of the boardroom and into the clouds. Inspired by the famous Hemispheres travel series, we’ve mapped out the ultimate preview of your upcoming journey. While the Summit is 2+ days, we’ve included a couple of days at the front end in case you can make that work.
Here is what your first days might look like at the Telluride Leadership Summit – and why it’s going to change how you lead forever.
The Itinerary: 5 Perfect Days in Telluride
Saturday 10/3/26: Arrival & Decompression (One day ahead of the summit start)
8:30 PM | Under the Stars: Heading back up the mountain on the evening gondola, you stare at the vast, clear night sky. Away from the noise of your daily grind, the feeling that anything is possible begins to dawn on you.
2:00 PM | The “Wow” Factor: You’re 10 minutes out of town when the Telluride box canyon opens up in its entirety. Surrounded by massive 14,000-foot peaks, a distinct feeling settles in: “Oh—this is going to be different.”
2:30 PM | Check-In at The Madeline Hotel: Your shuttle drops you off at a 5-star mountain luxury oasis. You’re immediately immersed in a sweet, spa-like ambiance. You drop your bags, skip the temptation of a nap, and head out to explore.
3:00 PM | Coffee & Firepits: First stop is Kettle Coffee for a local brew. You take a walking tour of “The Core” (the center of Mountain Village), grab an Adirondack chair by the firepit, and just chill. Watching the bright yellow fall aspen trees sway, 5 minutes easily turns into 30.
5:00 PM | The Free Gondola: You board the legendary, free 12-minute gondola into Telluride proper. As you skim the treetops with your jaw dropped, you’ll realize why this is the exact moment many executives decide they want to move here.
6:00 PM | The Valley Stroll & Dinner: You head east toward the end of the box canyon. A short walk along the river trail reveals both Ingram and Bridal Veil Falls. After a few deep breaths and a camera full of photos, you head to Brown Dog Pizza to discover why this local staple deserves every bit of its massive hype.
Sunday 10/4/26: The Awakening (Summit kicks off tonight!)
7:30 AM | Early Light: You wake up early, energized by the mountain air. You catch the morning glow on the gondola ride down to town for breakfast and a latte at the Coffee Cowboy.
9:00 AM | The Bear Creek Hike: Lace up your hiking shoes. This 5-mile trail isn’t at all technical, but the elevation makes it a rewarding challenge. It forces you to slow down, pace yourself, and take in the massive waterfalls.
12:30 PM | Books & Zillow: Back in town, you browse Between the Covers, a beloved local bookstore. You grab one of their famous outdoor orange chairs to let the inspiration sink in (and yes, maybe browse local Zillow listings to see if you can make it work 😉).
2:30 PM | Luxury Reset: You head straight to the Madeline Spa for an afternoon massage. This is pure tactical decompression. The endorphins from the last 24 hours finally have a place to land.
6:00 PM | The Welcome Reception: You head downstairs. The mindset shift is already complete. You find yourself You find yourself noticing: “Mind cleared, check. Body moved, check. Spirit grounded, check! Now let’s go!”
