Executive Coach
Denise Verolini is a Clinical Psychologist, Executive Coach and organizational consultant with over 30 years of experience.
She believes that individual and team performance is determined not just by talent, skill and hard work, but also by the culture within which the work happens, and the degree of trust with managers, coaches, peers and the organization. She helps clients understand and improve how they are perceived and the nature of their impact on others.
Denise served Wells Fargo for three decades as a business consultant and executive coach. She earned her Senior Vice President title in 2012 by consistently providing senior leaders with inspiration and valued guidance about employee engagement and the behavioral aspects of organizational change. Denise was a contributing author to Internal Coaching: Stories of Success in Organizations. Currently, she serves as a coach and consultant at the University of California, Berkeley and Stanford University.
Denise received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado and her Ph.D. from Alliant University. She is a certified internal executive coach through Columbia University and Teacher’s College.
Her approach to leadership and performance excellence is described as honest, refreshingly straight forward and insightful. Denise meets leaders where they are, builds upon the areas in which they already excel, and supports them to grow and expand in ways they may not have considered possible.
