Joanna has a deep understanding of how to facilitate individual growth and learning within an organizational setting. She has worked with leaders and teams across diverse settings to develop trust, grow positive culture, and inspire the teamwork needed for success.

Joanna’s approach is compassionate and insightful, kind and honest.

At Leadership Landing, Joanna works with individuals, teams, and leaders to help to grow the skills needed to be successful. She specializes in helping people understand how to develop their unique strengths to meet diverse situations within an organizational context.

Joanna studied Romance Languages at the undergraduate level at Colorado College and earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. She has gone on to study and teach in the fields of Transpersonal and Organizational Psychology and serves on the faculty at the Foundation of the Sacred Stream, where she teaches a conflict resolution method called Coming to Peace.

Joanna has 25 years of training in Buddhist Psychology and advanced meditation techniques and was the Principal Investigator for a research study on the spiritual counseling model of Depth Hypnosis. Joanna has taught symposia at the national and international levels, including at the UC San Francisco Medical Center and the International Symposium of Contemplative Studies with Mind and Life among others.
